All rooms are subject to a 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax.

Deposits
For a one or two night stay, a deposit of one night is due by check or credit card when making the reservation, and deposits by check are due within 5 business days of making your reservation. When three or more nights are booked we require a deposit of two nights lodging. For seven nights or more we require half of your total stay as a deposit. All reservations will be confirmed in writing or by email upon receiving your deposit.

Cancellation & Refunds
Room deposits are fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival, less a $25 processing fee. For cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice, you will be responsible for your entire stay unless your room is resold in full. As long as we are given more two week’s notice, deposits can be used for future stays within the next 6 months without the $25 processing fee penalty. (Cancellation Policy is 3 weeks during high season, holiday weekends and/or weeks.)

Extra Charges
Extra person in room is $25.00. Only rooms 1, 5, 7 & 8 can accommodate an extra person.
